Watercolour Ruffle-Trimmed Tiered Dress

A short dress in sheer chiffon with a deep ruffled V neck, wide flutter sleeves and a gathered waist. The skirt falls in two soft tiers.

The print is a watercolour wash of forest green, violet and ivory. Ginny Litscher painted it by hand.
