Black Lace and Pleated Teal Mini Dress

A mini dress with a black lace bodice and long bell sleeves above a two-tier pleated skirt. Its lace has a high scalloped neck and sits over a nude lining.

Below the waist, a watercolour print in teal, grey and brown runs through the pleats, edged at the hem with black lace. Ginny Litscher made the skirt print.
