Shipping & Returns

Every piece is painted and made by hand in Switzerland once you order it. Allow up to two months before it leaves the studio. We email you when it is on its way.

We ship from our studio in Zurich, fully tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email the day your parcel is collected, and most parcels arrive within 3 to 7 working days of leaving the studio.

For orders delivered outside Switzerland, duties and taxes are paid on delivery, to the carrier. Where a note applies to your country, it is shown in the delivery panel above.

Because each piece is made for you, we offer an exchange or store credit valid for two years, rather than a cash refund. Duties paid abroad are not refunded.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, with their tags.

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and label details.
3. Once the piece arrives and is checked, we arrange the exchange or credit.

If you live in the EU, you can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, without giving a reason. This does not apply to pieces made to your own measurements.
