Ornate Blue Toile Ruffled Mini Skirt

A short skirt in layered ruffles, printed with blossom and toile in navy, blue and rust on cream. Around the waist, a wide sash ties in a large bow at the front.

Rust binding edges the ends of the sash. Ginny Litscher drew the print by hand.
