The Chinoiserie Ruffle Skirt

A short skirt in two gathered tiers, printed in a chinoiserie scene of blue rocks, green trees and small orange birds on white.

The matching sash ties at the waist and hangs in long ends. Ginny Litscher drew the print by hand.
