Ocean-Inspired Blue Tile Shirt Dress

A short shirt dress with a full skirt, printed with an underwater scene in blue and cream: lionfish, pink fish and green sea urchins. Its collar, button placket and waist tie carry a print of blue pool tiles.

Sleeves stop at the elbow, and the tie cinches the waist. Ginny Litscher drew the print by hand.
