The Rococo Ruffle Mini Dress

A see-through dress with a ruffled V neck, short flutter sleeves and a skirt in layered ruffles that dips longer at the back. It is printed with red and gold rococo medallions.

Ruffles edge the neckline and each tier of the skirt. Ginny Litscher drew the print by hand.
